from a news story at the Mt. Juliet News web site:

Hmmmm. Sounds suspiciously like my suggestion to the city of Mt. Juliet two or three years ago.

Don’t know what to expect. The PC already turned down the first concept plan, and this developer does not have a track record of enhancing the built environment. The living units definitely need to be really looked at closely. I wish I could say I was cautiously optimistic but with all factors considered, this could be a potential center-of-town eyesore.

Lord help us, if you read the Chronicle this week (10/27). It’s nice to see we have two Planning Commissioners left who pay attention. One of the better commissioners must have been called on the carpet by madam mayor, he even seconded some stuff that got resoudingly voted down.
